heya guys i am not a pro or con ... just lerning the game :)
as my r3ap3r has been off for a while i was busy gettin perfect build for healers... which is finally done
healer are great in terms of pve
every 1 can grind.. the difference is fast grind
okay ,
for pve healer (grindin killin mobs)
equips:
Clan hat wit 2% crit
jacket wid atleast 5% crit/ prefered if slooted/or elz 6%
pants def pant atleast 300 def
Wrist band atleast 200dam/ although 300 prefered
shoes 6 dex x 2
deco 6 dex x 4 / dodge deco as u like
now for relics (for Bk karma users)
Wd seal (+5 to all stats)
rc str old and new
fd str old and new
ec str old and new
Ec old dex relic
relic (Gk karma users)
Wd seal
fd str old and new
fd dex old
ec str old and new
ec dex old and new
as per me i would suggest Bk for healer as healer lack in damage bt Bk compensates fo it...:)
As for epi any killer epi later Punishe of demon epi
with this build you would be makin heavy damage as for what i have notices...
Now for PVE (dungeons/ boss killin)
all equips are same except for relic... as follows
wd seal
fd str old and new
ec str ols and new
ec con old and new
ec dex old
yea the reason is healers buff if you get debuff den a healer is screwed
so 2 con relic that will boost ur life till 4kk-4.5kk
now for weapons:
idk why ppl use sabers they make low damage:) (as no skill is use you damage is 1k++ lower)
BD gloves above 12 lvl of ur current level decreased to your level (1 slotted fine / 2 slotted or more still prefered)
ornaments to be used with dis equips u seriously are a heavey damage so i prefer crit nugget (1K crit nugget phy)
refine to +5 if possile or elz + 2 is enough
why bd when you can buy a hermit???
okay coz bd 12 lvl above has more damage then hermit... Healer need more damge... so more damage
more off bd are easily availabe and cheap :P
okay finally stats
Str - Boost your str as much as u can
Ess - 14 is enough to use relic
Wis - enough for relic /if ur using
Con - 14 is enough (if u want more relics remember???)
Dex - as per weapons

My suggestions for a healer build/guide. A couple problems with yours reaper such as lack of con relics for dungeons but I'm doing this to help people not make you seem silly.
As a healer for PVE it is generally recommended that you get gear as follows:
-Hat - (220 dodge hat (best thing for a low lvl)) / (2nd role hat/GL Set Hate) / VE/HP leech hat (If you are high lvl and leech parties aren't adequate).
Jacket - (Defence Jacket) / (2nd Role Set/GL set) / (7% Crit damage Jacket) [2nd Role set gives a boost to damage when all parts are used. Not that the 2nd Role jacket also gives 180 defence. GL set gives more damage. but no defence. The Defence jacket will help out those who, rather foolishly in my opinion, have a dex/con heavy build. The crit damage jacket is only viable when your defence requirements are met and you have a weapon with >30% critical hit rate. Otherwise it is better to use the 2nd role set or GL set.]
Pants - (Defence Pants) / (2nd Role Pants/GL Pants) [ 2nd Role set used with the jacket gives a nice damage boost. The pants also give 180 defence. The GL set gives a higher damage boost than the 2nd role set but no defence. The defence pants are again not overly needed due to the amount of strength you ought to have for PVE.]
Wristbands - (300/400 damage) / (2nd Role/GL WB) / (220 dodge WB) [ 2nd Role set and GL set work well when used in conjunction with other parts of their sets. The dodge Wb are great for low lvls or those who use a Defence set. Although the damage wristbands will prove more useful at a higher level.The best wristbands are slotted damage wristbands with a good deal of dodge in them, however these are very expensive.]
Boots - (220 dodge) / (2nd Role/GL Boots) [Pretty much the same as previously explained. However a note would be that 15% / 20% speed boots combined with either 130 dodge or 260 dodge would be far superior to either 2nd Role or GL set boots. The GL boots are often a better option for higher levels characters too due to the increase in dodge and speed.]
Weapon - As reaper suggested the 2 Slot BD from 12 levels above you is a good weapon to use, if you don't have a lot of money. A hermit weapon that you can reduce is often a better option because they are typically cheap enough to buy and risk in refining. They also have an extra slot making them considerably better. Just to point out, the PSH and HH weps are often rather expensive than their orange variants due to the damage they deal and the amount of damage gained form refinement. In the order of highest damage to least it is: Hermit (PS/H level) > Orange (PS/H level) > Old/Gray (PS/H level)
I would like to mention that it is often a good idea to use a weapon above your level. They can give more damage however they wear out quickly. Just make sure you don't break them!
Stats! :
Strength (Your primary damage stat. Max this fast!)
Essence (Sure you might want this but you don't need it. You should manage to get all VE back when in a leech party, so even a small amount is fine. if you think you ought to use Dexterity relics then make this up to 14 when you hit EC)
Wisdom (Only useful for essence relics, which you shouldn't be using)
Constitution (14 con is a MUST. This will let you equip as many strength relics as possible. However don't stat more than 14 con. You can get enough health from relics to suffice even in dungeons)
Dexterity (You will need this to boost your dodge and wear con relics. Your weapon requirements also include dexterity. It is often recommended that you only give yourself enough dexterity to meet the requirement of the weapon you are using)
Dungeons - In a dungeon the only change you should make to your gear is use as many con relics as possible (this is for dungeons which involve a debuff such as WT,GCM,SRS. In other dungeons strength relics are most efficient). If you have the option a defence set is often better to use in a dungeon as it means that you ought to have to heal less often.
Dexterity clothes - These are not worth it in my opinion. They do not give as much dodge as 110/130 ornaments would give and the only real bonus is critical hit rate. However this increase is TINY. Therefore in my opinion 220 dodge > 12 dexterity.

Well for a pre-2nd role who wants a good gear set up I recommend:
-220 dodge hat
-100(free from bamboo quests) / 200 / 300 / 400 defence jacket.
-100(free form bamboo quests) / 200 / 300 / 400 defence pants
-220 dodge wristbands
-220 dodge boots
-Clan relic and other lowbie plates until they start using RC/FD/EC relics. BK is recommended.
All in all this would likely cost 3kk - 10kk and make a lowbie healer very easy to grind with.
And you suggested 300 defence pants so... :D

Few things to point out
BK is a pain when your low levels tbh , unless you manage to get a massive amount early on before you start grinding
by the time you hit FC/CS you should be hitting 1-1.5k GK if you dont die ( which you shouldnt on a healer tbh)
Dex gears benefits arent exactly massive TBH ive tried the setup and its not much different and pretty much worse than basic Dodge gear.
Oh and i still stand by my decision to say 2nd role set fucking blows =).
And narw is right Wis base Atleast untill you hit High levels then you can atleast consider CK as an option for pvping.
For weapons , after EC you should always be using 24 levels higher than you and then reduced, repairing every 500 mobs isnt that bad , only takes 2 mins to run to town Just keep an eye on durability.
